KPBS PENGALENGAN

I was observed milk seller at taman sari street behind the SBM building. Name of that business is K.P.B.S. Pengalengan (Koperasi Peternakan Bandung Selatan) selling the fresh cow milk and also many various favour like original, chocolate, strawberry, mocca, yogurt, etc. For the shape of the product are cup and pillow, i think shape like pillow is innovative packaging because many package of milk product always in box.

                When i was in the way to dago street, i saw the milk seller in front of me about 100 mete from me. And i think there was a change to observe him, because in my mind he is the necessity-based. when I was near, I immediately bought their products easy to asked the seller. First, i am asking his name and his name is Ikin Sadikin. He live in Pasir Muncang Komplek PPR ITB Dago Giri. His old is 64 years. He began his business when him sibling invite to join the business to selling a fresh cow milk in 1992. When 1992, he was not be worker any more and he felt very thankful to his sibling because make he can meet their family needs.

                I think he must change his mind about the business because he can make her own way to buy some fresh milk from the milk factory in Bandung. So, he can sell it and receive more profit.

            THE ELECTRIC PULSE

                For Second Observation, i am choosing electric pulse selling at Cisitu Lama because the location near from my motel. This business was made 6 months ago, and now have 2 branches  in sangkuriang and dipatiukur. The owner name is Ahmad Sujani, he is a youthman brave to take a some risk to open the electric pulse in cisitu lama because many electric pulse seller in cisitu lama with compatitive price.

                Ahmad Sujani’s business is very strategic in here because many people are here need the pulse to communication with others and he is genius to choose the location in T-Section in Cisitu Lama street and also price of the electric pulse is  cheaper than other seller in Cisitu Lama. Beside the price, he provides the best and fastest service for customer and he sell many support component like charger, modem, handset,etc.

                I think in another year, he must make more branches in Bandung to increase his business in selling the electric pulse and he make franchise or agent for all years such as student, non-worker, old people to join his business with easy learning to sell the electric pulse.
